Verdance (operated by Divyesh Ramani) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account at ddtechservices.work@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process the deletion for you.
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and all content you created, including: your name, email, and profile; your flashcard sets, cards, notes, and study plans; uploaded media; and your study progress and social data. This is completed within 30 days.
We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction or tax records held by our payment providers for the period required by applicable regulations). Such records are kept only as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
