By creating an account or using Verdance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Verdance is a personal Bible study tool. You may use it only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to generate, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
The AI chat feature sends your messages to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter and Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. AI-generated content is for study and informational purposes only and does not constitute theological, legal, medical, or professional advice.
AI features consume credits. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process payments directly.
You retain ownership of the flashcards, notes, and study plans you create. By using Verdance, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Verdance is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete.
